Check out our Monet Collection™ pricing here. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reliable Dental Lab Now Offers New Laser Printed Partials & Dentures When patients require oral reconstruction for various reasons, Reliable Lab is revolutionizing the traditional approach to removable partial dentures (RPDs) by transitioning from analog to digital cases. Whether it's a complete denture or a partial, both the laboratory and the doctor must reconstruct the patient's Vertical Dimension of Occlusion (VDO). With the advancements in technology, we now have a broader range of treatment options available with faster turnaround times. Since 2014, we have embraced CAD-CAM technology, which has streamlined our denture department significantly. With these advancements, we now have the capability to accept digital scans of either the model or the actual patient, allowing us to 3D print the model and initiate the case design process for the metal framework. Once the design is finalized, the case is transferred to the metal mill, where we utilize either Cobalt Chromium puck or Vitallium. This method eliminates the need for traditional metal casting, which is time-consuming and potentially hazardous, taking approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes. Within that timeframe, multiple frames can be milled, significantly improving efficiency. This technique involves digitally designing the denture components and adjusting the corresponding master cast data, followed by manufacturing the prosthesis using a milling machine.Scan the master casts using a lab scanner and scan interocclusal relationship with the registered bite material. Export the data (STL) format.
