At Reliable Dental Laboratory, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service while keeping pricing transparent and fair.
Effective March 1, 2024, a 1.5% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions. General credit card processing fees typically range from 3–5%, and we are covering the majority of this cost ourselves — this adjustment helps us offset the remaining portion while continuing to deliver the quality and value you expect.
This fee is not a revenue generator, but simply a way to cover processing costs. If you prefer to pay by check or ACH, we can definitely set that up as an alternative.
