Who pays for Shipping?

A.

We request you pick up your shipping expenses as we will take care of our shipping. We will ship the  heavier portion (model work, dies, metalwork, etc).

What is your remake policy?

A.

We will remake or repair the case free of charge under most conditions. However, charges will be applied under the following circumstances:

  1.       Original dental restoration is not returned.
  2.      New bite or impression is different from the original order.
  3.       Shade is different from the original order.
  4.       Restorative materials are different from the original order.
  5.       Study models and/or specific instructions were not provided for anterior cases.
  6.      We requested a new impression, but we were asked to proceed without one.
  7.      We advised that the quality of the order cannot be guaranteed, but we were asked to proceed anyway.
  8.      X-rays & Photos must be enclosed.
  9.     All Redo cases REGARDLESS OF REASON can take up to 2 weeks for fabrication.

In the event that Reliable Dental Lab is at fault, we will issue a credit for a future case.WARRANTY:

  • Reliable Dental Lab guarantees work for 5 years against defects in materials and craftsmanship, except for veneers.
  • All salvageable parts including the cut crown or bridge, pictures, and x-rays, must be returned when using the warranty.
  • Will only except cases back for credit if it cannot be seated due to an issue that involve the lab.

Not covered on warranty

  • Repairs resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, failure of supportive tooth or tissue structures, improper adjustment or improper hygiene. Loss of wages inconvenience, chair time or pain and suffering. We will not supply parts for implant cases due to liability all parts for all implant cases must be provided when we first receive the case. Veneers are not covered for any reason once seated.
WARRANTY: We guarantee our work for 5 years against defects in materials and craftsmanship, except for Veneers.

Do we accept International Business?

Yes, we do we want you to know in every effort to make things simple we ask that you ship via Fedex. In turn we will ship a return package to your practice Fedex to your office. . .

What is the usual time it takes to get back a case?

A.

We request 2 weeks (10 business days) on most items. This time frame insures that our quality products can be delivered on time.

Do we have to use the Reliable Dental lab slips?

A.

Yes, our Lab Slips were designed to help the doctor and assistant to give us a clear understanding of what product they are selecting, and which items have been enclosed in the case. Or Use our portal its free call us to set up a new account and you can print a work order. Enter your case online and schedule a pick with your desired carrier.
