How do I send a case to the lab? You can send a case by filling out a lab prescription form and including all necessary patient information, impressions, and any additional instructions. Cases can be sent via courier, mail, or digital scan submissions.
Do you accept digital impressions? Yes, we accept digital impressions from most intraoral scanners. Please contact us for a list of compatible systems.
What is the typical turnaround time for restorations? Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the case and the type of restoration. Typically, it ranges from 7-10 business days depending on product/service. We asked that you schedule you patients 2 weeks out to overcome any delivery related issues. Rush services are available upon request.

Can I request a specific technician to work on my cases? No, you can not request a specific technician for your cases. However we have a designated Monet Collection that assures white-glove service with our senior technician only.

Do you offer pickup and delivery services? Yes, we offer local pickup and delivery services for dental offices. For those outside our service area, we work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.
Do you charge Credit Card Fees? Effective March 1, 2024, we will be implementing a minor adjustment in our payment processing policy. In order to continue providing you with high-quality products and restorations while managing rising operational costs, we will be implementing a 1.5% surcharge on all credit card transactions. As a service-oriented business, we have always strived to keep our prices competitive and our products affordable for our clients. Unfortunately, the increasing fees associated with credit card processing have become a significant expense for us. In an effort to offset these costs and maintain the integrity of our pricing structure, we find it necessary to share this burden with our clients. It is important to note that this surcharge is not intended to generate additional revenue for Reliable Dental Laboratory, but rather to cover the direct costs incurred from credit card transactions. We assure you that our pricing remains transparent and fair, reflecting the quality and value of the services we provide. You can opt to pay via ACH payment to forgo the Credit Card Fee.
