Commitment to Quality
Reliable Dental Laboratory is committed to providing high-quality restorations and maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. We stand behind our products and offer warranty coverage against defects in materials and laboratory workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
If a restoration fails due to a verified laboratory defect, Reliable Dental Laboratory may, at its sole discretion, remake the restoration or issue laboratory credit toward a future case.

Warranty Eligibility Requirements
- Patient must maintain routine preventive care, including professional cleanings at least twice annually.
- Original treating doctor must evaluate and authorize remake request.
- Necessary clinical re-preparation must be completed prior to submission.
- Required documentation:
- Original restoration (if available)
- Clinical photographs
- Diagnostic radiographs (X-rays)
- Explanation of failure
- Coverage limited to original units and material prescribed.
- Warranty applies only to verified laboratory defects.
Laboratory liability is limited to the original laboratory fee. We are not responsible for chair time, clinical costs, shipping, or consequential damages.
Non-Warranty Remakes / Additional Charges
- Original restoration not returned when requested.
- Significant changes in impressions, scans, or models.
- Shade or material changes from original prescription.
- Missing required records or documentation.
- Clinical issues including decay, trauma, bruxism, or periodontal disease.
- Restoration altered by another provider or lab.
Turnaround Time for Remakes
Remake cases are prioritized when possible. Standard turnaround is up to 2 weeks, excluding shipping. Complex cases may require additional time.
Limitation of Liability
Reliable Dental Laboratory’s liability shall not exceed the original laboratory fee. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Policy Updates
This policy may be modified at any time. The policy in effect at the time of fabrication governs all claims.
